Hazardous Goods
Fuels, gas bottles, flammable materials, dangerous chemicals and other hazardous substances should not be packed into the household removal load.
Perishable Goods
Food and other items that can spoil should be used, disposed of or moved separately rather than packed for ordinary removal transport.
Plants
Plants should be discussed before the move and transported separately where they cannot form part of the agreed household load.
Pets
Pets do not travel in the removal vehicle. Suitable travel arrangements should be made separately for moving day.
Can Furniture Be Moved Within the Same Home?
Yes. If furniture needs to be moved between rooms or floors as part of your home move, tell us during the planning stage so it can be included in the agreed work.
